This return policy only applies to products purchased from Roan4x4.com

Returning unwanted products:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package up to 30 kg, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@roan4x4.com We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition. You ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transport. If the product is found to be damaged or used to an extent beyond what is necessary for a reasonable inspection on your end, we may refuse a refund.

Defective, Inadequate or Non-Conforming Products:
We recommend that you carefully check each product upon receipt. If a product has a defect or defect at the time of delivery or otherwise does not correspond with what you have ordered, you have a legal right to return the product. We strongly recommend that you contact our customer service as soon as you discover a problem.

If you return a defective, defective or non-compliant product to us, the product will be checked in our warehouse. If a defect or defect is discovered, or the product does not correspond to what you ordered, a full refund will be made in accordance with applicable law. Products that have been misused or modified may not be returned.

If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product by us (or, if applicable, the date on which you provided us with proof of shipment of the product to us).

How is a product returned?
To return a product to us, you must follow the procedure below. Please always contact us first by phone or email, so that we can assess what the problem is and work with you to find a suitable solution.

An item that has not been purchased from Roan4x4, but has been returned to us, cannot be returned. Roan4x4 is not responsible for the storage, return or disposal of such item, nor is it responsible for such item in any other form.
